Brooklyn Split-Level Deck
DECKING · RETAINING · STAIRS · PAVING
An old, deteriorating deck on a difficult-access Wellington site was transformed into a generous split-level outdoor living space. With every material carefully brought onto the restricted site, we built three distinct deck levels connected by grand staircases. Kwila decking brings warmth, while Abodo screening adds privacy and glass balustrades keep the space feeling open. Detailed finishing and staining completed the transformation from a deck that was falling apart into a cohesive, functional outdoor area.

My name’s Stan Leenders and I run Lockhart Landscaping myself. I take care of our landscaping projects, big or small, and you always deal with me from first visit through to handover. I set clear expectations and reply quickly, whether it’s your first meeting or a question during the project. My aim is to keep things honest, tidy, and upfront—so you always know where you stand.
